Systematic Quality Management System

DSME has been operating the 'Total Quality Information Center', a system to monitor quality in real-time on the company-wide network. The product quality and test information of the projects is collected daily on a real-time basis through this system, and the individual worker's qualification management system is also being operated to remove any root causes of a defect. Also, the QM inspectors are dispatched from the affiliates to each site to ensure the highest level of quality is achieved.

Autonomous Quality Assurance System and Quality Training

DSME has an established three-level autonomous quality assurance system that involves worker, site manager, and quality control inspector.
This is the foundation for the best quality product together with our outstanding employees.
In welding and painting, for instance, we boast the best quality in the world. To maintain the high level of quality management, DSME provides our employees with regular skill and quality training at least twice a year and offers the same level of training for the employees of affiliates as well.
